What AVA7 processes
AVA7 keeps a pseudonymous consumer-wallet reference, check-in time, campaign, QR proof, visit folio, and outcome. MYGLOBAL holds the underlying account, identity, and wallet data needed for its platform.
Retention
AVA7 is preparing category-specific retention: failed handoffs for 30 days; visit/program records for 5 years; terms acceptance evidence for up to 10 years where applicable; security logs for 1–5 years; and support/disputes for the case plus up to 5 years where necessary. Automated deletion still needs implementation.
